When Jerry Mai launched a casual Vietnamese street food offering, the most important thing was how to incorporate the best of both worlds. It needed to be about the flavours and experiences of hawker style eating on the streets of Saigon as much as it represented Victoria’s commitment to produce. It had to show respect to our family based recipes but we also wanted to support local the local farming industry. The result is Pho Nom where you’ll get authentic Vietnamese food made with some of the highest quality Victorian produce available. It’s fast, fresh, healthy but above all, it’s delicious! The restaurant is proud of its relationships with Warialda Beef, Little Creek cattle, Milawa Free Range Poultry and Sher Wagyu.
