Big Words are Melbourne’s very own best kept secret. Forming in 2010 through their mid teens, they have grown to develop a unmistakable sound that has swooned hearts around the world, following the release of their debut EP “Hollywood, a Beautiful Coincidence”. The five piece, lead by creative duo Will Scullin and Kieren Lee, have been doing nothing but the right things and continuing to do so.
Building a cult like following since the release of their debut EP, along with their breathtaking live show, the group has managed to clock over 3,000,000 streams on Spotify. Having singles like “The Answer” get featured on playlists such as Fresh Finds and Viral Hits. Having featured on festival bills around Victoria such as Beyond The Valley, Strawberry Fields, Ability Fest and Pitch Music & Arts, the band have continued to make every headline show a sell out following the debut release in late 2016.
The band recently released their first video series “Live in The Garden of Dreams”, a collaboration with artist Nic Ojae, which saw them performing new song “Lover Boy”. Along with a forthcoming single collaborating with widely acclaimed producer Swell and Aaron Dobos (The Avalanches, British India), the 5 piece has spent the first few months of the year working at home on their first full length album.
